The representative was polite, apologized for their error, and I was told they'd be in the mail that afternoon. I must say I called and reported the shortage and am very pleased with the service I received. Unfortunately upon the arrival of my latest shipment I was shorted the 2 red daubers on my order. I can't wait to try out the new colors I just received of green,yellow,purple & red. I purchased a couple select colors of the super bright fluorescent daubers a couple months ago and LOVED them! Because I love the brightness of them, I made a larger purchase including even more different colored daubers and my friends like them too, I've received many compliments since using them, so far my favorite colors are pink,orange, and periwinkle blue. 5 Dab-O-Ink Super bright full fluorescent bingo daubers.The sponges tends to clog up so too much ink is used.
